As a result, we agreed that the operator would call me back in an hour and a half, and during this time I would decide on a new delivery date. While we said goodbye. So, from the scene of the accident, he had already returned to the warehouse, knowing in advance that he would not come to me and did not even bother to call and warn me! Now we need to deal with re-delivery. There were no violations on my part, in accordance with clause 6.9. Next, I am interested in paragraph 6.10 - was there a violation by the seller or were there force majeure circumstances? I tell the courier that I will decide on the date of re-delivery and inform the operator when she will call me back later. And he (the courier), when he brings me an order again, to bring confirmation of this very force majeure. In his case, this is any document issued by a traffic police officer in an accident. Then I pay for the delivery without further ado. If there is no confirmation, then the store is obliged to comply with the rule assigned on their site, by their own administration. The courier's answer: "What will I bring you? I just crashed into a bump stop. Can I bring you a photo of my car in the yard?" Here I was speechless ... When I came to, I answered, but what are the guarantees that this will be a photo of the very car on which the delivery was carried out? In response, she heard a sarcastic chuckle. A few days later, a courier calls me on my mobile, without any warning, and says that now he is in my area and can deliver an order all for the same delivery cost. I told him that at the moment I was on the other side of the city and I could not accept the goods at the indicated address, especially with the unfulfilled delivery conditions prescribed on the website. What a madhouse!
Nobody called me again. I did nothing with the placed order in my personal account. And when I entered a couple of weeks later, I saw that it was "unpaid" and "canceled."

Everything is strictly original. I'm not talking from the bulldozer - tested by three years of use. But it was not the assortment, but the prices that made me hang there for several years. At that time, they were just mega-low. Yes, in principle, and now they are still quite tolerant compared to competitors.
Today I have about 6 orders in Beautydepot.ru... All of them arrived safely, although they were sent by all the criticized "Russian Post".
