1. GENERAL PROVISIONS
1.1. The head of the shop (site) belongs to the category of managers, is hired and dismissed by order of the director of the enterprise on the recommendation of (deputy director, other official).
1.2. A person with a higher professional (technical) education and work experience in the specialty in engineering and technical positions for at least 3 years or secondary special (technical) education and work experience in the specialty in engineering and technical positions at least 5 years

2. FUNCTIONS
The following functions are assigned to the head of the shop (section):
2.1. Implementation of the management of the production and economic activities of the shop (site).

3. OFFICIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
To perform the functions assigned to him, the head of the shop (section) is obliged:
3.1. Supervise the workers of the shop (site);
3.2. Ensure the fulfillment of production targets, the rhythmic release of high quality products, the effective use of fixed and circulating assets;
3.3. Carry out work to improve the organization of production, its technology, mechanization and automation of production processes, prevent defects and improve the quality of products, save all types of resources, introduce progressive forms of labor organization, attest and rationalize jobs, use reserves to increase labor productivity and reduce production costs;
3.4. Organize current production planning, accounting, drawing up and timely submission of reports on the production activities of the workshop (site), work on the introduction of new forms of management, improvement of labor rationing, the correct application of forms and systems of wages and material incentives, generalization and dissemination of advanced techniques and methods of labor , the study and implementation of advanced domestic and foreign experience in the design and production technology of similar products, the development of rationalization and invention;
3.5. Ensure the technically correct operation of equipment and other fixed assets, the fulfillment of their repair schedules, safe and healthy working conditions, as well as the timely provision of benefits to workers on working conditions;
3.6. Supervise the work of foremen and shop services;
3.7. To carry out the selection of cadres of workers and employees, their placement and appropriate use;
3.8. Monitor employees' compliance with the rules and regulations of labor protection and safety measures, production and labor discipline, internal labor regulations;
3.9. Submit proposals on encouraging distinguished workers, imposing disciplinary sanctions on violators of production and labor discipline, and applying, if necessary, measures of material pressure;
3.10. Organize work to improve the qualifications of workers and employees of the shop, carry out educational work in the team.

4. RIGHTS
The head of the shop (section) has the right:
4.1. To get acquainted with the draft decisions of the management of the enterprise concerning its activities;
4.2. Request and receive from the heads of structural divisions, specialists, information and documents necessary for the performance of their official duties;
4.3. Participate in the preparation of draft orders, instructions, instructions, as well as estimates, contracts and other documents related to the operation of the workshop (site;
4.4. Independently conduct correspondence with the structural divisions of the enterprise, as well as other organizations on issues within its competence;
4.5. Sign and endorse documents within their competence.

5. LIABILITY
The head of the shop (section) is responsible for:
5.1. For non-fulfillment (improper fulfillment) of their official duties, provided for by this job description, within the limits determined by the current labor legislation of the Republic of Belarus;
5.2. For committing an offense in the course of carrying out its activities within the limits determined by the current administrative, criminal and civil legislation of the Republic of Belarus;
5.3. For causing material damage - within the limits determined by the current labor, criminal and civil legislation of the Republic of Belarus.
